A wireless remote speed controller for transmitting the signal of the limited speed is installed at each of road facilities. An automobile with a receiver is controlled by the receiving signal from the wireless speed controller. The signal transmitting circuit includes sixteen flip-flop circuits, a frequency converter, a FM modulator, and an antenna. The signal receiving circuit includes a demodulator, a converter, a latch circuit, fourteen relays, and a buzzer.
