摘要

Flux enhancing compsns. comprise (a) effective amts. of pharmacologically effective cpds., (b) aq. alcoholic solvent contg. 15-75 vol.% EtOH (less than 10% EtOH to the compsns.), and (c) permeable enhancing agent 0.01-5% (w/v) selected from a gp. of 1alkylazacycloheptan-2-on (alkyl= C8-16) and cis-olefin cpds. of formula CH3(CH2)xCH=CH(CH2)yR3 [where R3= CH2OH, CH2NH2 or COR4; R4= OH or C1-4 alkoxy; X= Y= 3-13 integer; X+Y= 10-16 .
