A microfilm camera with continuous feeding of the original, having an original feed device, a filming station and a transport device which adjoins the same and which deflects the originals through approximately 180 DEG , and at the end of which a receiving container for the filmed originals is disposed, is designed so that the transport device is formed by a transport drum (9) forming a deflection path of approximately 180 DEG and a resilient guide surface (10) embracing the transport drum (9) over approximately 180 DEG , and so that the guide surface (10) is supported at edges (13) so as to be fixed in relation to the housing, in such a manner that an open transport channel for the originals (8) is provided.
