PURPOSE:To improve an assemblying work, decrease the number of component parts and provided a space saving by a method wherein air filter guides are arranged at an upper end and a lower end of a suction port of a front grill, and a base plate and an evaporator ceiling plate of internal component parts of a main body are arranged just after the air filter guides. CONSTITUTION:Guides 5 for an air filter 4 are arranged at an upper end and a lower end of a suction port 3 and positioned above and below the air filter 4. A flange part 7A is arranged in front of a base plate 7 on which a compressor is mounted. An evaporator ceiling plate 8 is fixed to the upper ends of an indoor heat exchanger 9 and an air tunnel 10. The air filter 4 is inserted from a filter inserting port 15 of the front grill 2. A bending point 16 of the bent part 14 is restricted along its depth direction by a flange part 7A of the base plate 7 and a flange part 8A of the evaporator ceiling plate and by a guide 5 extending from the front grill 2 in this vertical direction. With this arrangement, it is possible to decrease the number of component elements and save a space for rails. |
