PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device, to improve workability and to shorten workhours by forming both ends to a sealed shape by a head and a header, fixing a tube to a drawn pipe, electrifying the drawn pipe through a power distribution means, heating the tube at a proper temperature, feeding a pressure fluid into a prototype tube from the header, and orienting the tube and expanding the diameter of the tube. CONSTITUTION:When a prototype tube (a) is inserted into each drawn pipe 2 and the tubes (a) are sealed and fixed by a head 3 and a header 4, each drawn pipe 2 is heated by electric heat by a power distributor 6, and the tubes (a) in the drawn pipes 2 are heated. Compressed air is blown into the tubes (a) through the supply port 5' of the header 4 at the same time as the start of the heating or when the tubes are heated at the proper temperature of orientation, thus orienting the tubes (a) and expanding diameters thereof until the tubes (a) are brought into contact with the inwall surfaces of the drawn pipes 2, then molding pipes a'. Heating to the drawn pipes 2 is stopped, the cover plate 9 of a chamber 1 is opened, and the tubes are cooled naturally. |
