PURPOSE:To obtain an electrophotographic sensitive body prevented from deterioration due to active substances and having enhanced stability against repeated use and providing images kept always at high quality by incorporating a specified compd. into a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:At least a compd. expressed by the formula I or II is incorporated into a photosensitive layer of an electrophotographic sensitive body having a photosensitive layer contg. an org. photoconductor on an electroconductive base body. In the formulas, each R1 and R2 is an H atom, 1-20C alkyl group, 2-20C alkenyl group, aryl group, alkoxy group, aryloxy group (R1 is not H simultaneously with R2); A is a divalent joint group or a divalent bond; m is >=1; M is Zn, Mg, Ca, Ba, Al; R4 is a 10-30C alkyl group; n is an oxidation number of M. An epoxy compd. expressed by the formula I which is known as a stabilizer for PVC, etc., against heat, an epoxy compd. expressed by the formula II, and a metal soap expressed by the formula II, are used in combination. The amt. of the these compd. to be added is 0.5-20% basing on the total weight of the photosensitive layer to be incorporated with the compds., and suitable mixing ratio is 0.1:1-1:0.1. |
