PURPOSE: To simplify manufacturing/assembling processes and to reduce a cost by using a fuse and simple logic and selecting a selection mode. CONSTITUTION: The circuit is connected so that when a source voltage Vcc is activated, an enabled Vcc relation clockϕVcc is applied commonly to respective mode selection clock generators A, B...i through a mode enable pulse generator K. The circuit is connected so that mode selection clocksϕMA,ϕMB...ϕMi are generated by the fuses FA, FB...Fi connected to the mode selection clock generators A, B...i. For instance, the mode selection clock generator A is constituted of three inverters IA1 -IA3 , and two transistors MA1 , MA2 , and when the fuse FA is cut, the mode selection clockϕMA is enabled. In such a manner, by that respective operation mode are selected, the manufacturing/ assembling processes of a product are simplified, and the yield is improved.
