MOTOR VEHICLE SEAT STRUCTURE FRAMEWORK OR THE LIKE The framework comprises a seat frame (4) formed by a single bent and welded tube, and a backrest frame (16) bent into a U shape. The front side of the seat frame has a circular section while the other sides (4, 10) have ovalized sections. The frame (16) of the backrest is terminated by fixing tabs (18) formed by a flattened portion of the tube. The tabs are fixed inside the frame of the seat against locally flattened portions of this frame, in the vicinity of the rear side (10), by means of a pin (20) which also extends through a support side wall (24).
