PURPOSE:To obtain a monoclonal antibody specifically recognizing a tumor related antigen by fusing an antibody-forming cell with a myeloma cell to prepare hybridoma, selecting a desired hybridoma from the hybridoma and culturing. CONSTITUTION:An animal is immunized against a solubilized component (human undifferentiated cell antigen) of ground human fetus of 7-10 age in week with a nonionic surfactant. Then the component (tumor cell antigen) of ground human fetus solubilized with a nonionic surfactant is additionally immunized to prepare an antibody-forming cell. Further, the antibody-forming cell is fused with myeloma cell to prepare hybridoma, from which a desired hybridoma is selected and the hybridoma is cultured to produce a monoclonal antibody. The prepared monoclonal antibody is strongly reacted with human epithelial overian cancer, human lung cancer cell, etc. |
