PURPOSE:To effectively utilize a ferromagnetic material to be vapor-deposited by vapor-depositing the material diagonally and continuously plural times in the same direction. CONSTITUTION:A base film 1 is stretched among plural drums 21-26 arranged zigzag in an evacuated atmosphere, and while transferring the film 1 in the arrow direction along plural cleaning plates 6, a ferromagnetic material 4 such as iron, nickel or cobalt is vapor-deposited plural times from an evaporating source 3 through a shielding plate 5 in the same direction. |
