PURPOSE:To effectively perform the separation of laver from foreign material and the cleaning of laver and to perform the aging of laver at the same time by inserting a punched tube into a cylinder and placing a rotary blade having a circular arc convex part bulged in the rotational direction in the punched tube. CONSTITUTION:A punched tube 14 having a number of punched holes opened on the circumference of the tube is coaxially inserted into a top-opened cylinder 12. A freely-rotatable rotary shaft is extended in the longitudinal direction of the punched tube 14. A plurality of rotary blades 16 composed of circular arc plate having a convex part bulged in the rotational direction are attached stepwise to the rotary shaft in such a manner as to narrow the gap between the blades toward the lower part of the rotary shaft. The cross-section of the plural rotary blades has a fylfot pattern or thereabout. Aging water for laver and finely slit laver are charged into a laver-washing and aging machine having the above structure, the laver is stirred by the turbulent flow generated by the rotating rotary blades 16 to separate the foreign materials from the laver and, at the same time, the laver is aged. |
