发明名称 COOPERATIVE CONTROL SYSTEM OF TURBINE BYPASS IN DRUM BOILER
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve follow-up quality to a load, by cooperatively controlling a turbine control valve and turbine bypass valve and opening the turbine bypass valve in accordance with a difference of changes between boiler and turbine outputs. CONSTITUTION:A high pressure turbine bypass valve 19 performs action reversely to action of a turbine control valve 12 through a high signal selector 20. When a load is rapidly changed, the bypass valve 19 is previously opened gradually to a specified opening, and a boiler input is gradually increased to prepare a quickly responsive condition to a rapid change of the load. In a steadly operational condition, the high pressure turbine bypass valve 19 is completely reset to a fully closed condition, and returned to control of a PI arithmetic unit 18. In this way, load follow-up quality of a thermal power plant can be improved.
