PURPOSE:To perform warming of a high pressure turbine in a short time, by allowing steam to bypass a main stop valve and the high pressure turbine, reversely flowing the steam from an exhaust port of the high pressure turbine to said turbine and eliminating the necessity for using an extraction stop valve. CONSTITUTION:In the steam system of a nuclear power plant, generated steam from a nuclear reactor flows through a main stop valve 2, high pressure turbine 3 and moisture separator 6, and is fed to a low pressure turbine 9. Main steam bypasses the main stop valve 2 and the high pressure turbine 3 to reversely flow from an exhaust port 3a to extraction prt 3b of the high pressure turbine through a high pressure turbine bypass control valve 5. In this way, racing of the high pressure turbine 3 is not caused even if a large amount of steam flows, and a required time for warming can be remarkably decreased. |
