PURPOSE:To make it possible to eliminate the deflection of a grindstone in high speed rotation by realizing a stuck and fixed state between a flange and the grindstone by rather actively utilizing centrifugal force that can not be avoided in high speed grinding. CONSTITUTION:For a flange 12 constituting a separation type grindstone wheel 13 for high speed rotation together with a disk shaped grindstone 10, the tapered hole 12b of a shaft core part is engaged with the shaft tip tapered part 11a of a spindle 11, and fitted and connected to the spindle 11 by a tightening nut 14. When the grindstone 10 is largely distended than the flange 12 by centrifugal force due to high speed grinding processing because a convex part 18 of the grindstone 10 is fitted to a concave part 17 by taking the standard of attaching the grindstone 10 to the flange 12 as an outer diameter, the convex part 17 is stuck to the concave part 18, and it is possible to eliminate the deflection of the grindstone 10. Accordingly, the bad influence of large centrifugal force unavoidable in high speed grinding can be prevented. |
