PURPOSE:To reflect the marketing information for the control of an elevator and improve service by providing a data collection function program and a data collection memory on terminal devices handled by management users. CONSTITUTION:A data collection program and a data collection memory are provided on terminal devices 9 handled by management users 10 and connected to an elevator control device 1 which is a main equipment and display and broadcast equipment 3-7 which are the guide service equipment via a transmission path (LAN) 8. Data are stored in the EEP-ROM memory as the data collection memory and taken out to external devices when required. Or data are stored in an IC memory card and read out by an external card reader when required and transmitted to an elevator centralized control center via the transmission path 8. The marketing information is collected and can be reflected for the operation control of an elevator.
