PURPOSE:To uniformly flow a coolant in flow passages in a radiator, in the method of manufacturing the radiator where heat is radiated from an electronic part and the like by using the coolant in the inside of an equipment, by dissolving a material metal plate in a solution, placing a flat plate and forming the flow passages of the coolant. CONSTITUTION:A material of aluminum alloy and the like is used, after applying a masking agent, a template is attached to remove the masking agent. The material is immersed to a solution, in accordance with the material, and dissolved to form flow passages 2 of a coolant. After exfoliation of the masking agent, an adhesive agent 4 is applied, and a flat plate 5 of required shape is placed, if heated and attached under pressure, the flat plate 5 is adhesively attached, and a radiator can be manufactured. |
