PURPOSE:To uniformly wind a web without generating winding tightening or wrinkles even if the web is a thin film or the like by providing a control device to feedback-control a swaying means and a driving device so that a touch roller and a web roll are brought very near or into contact with each other at the fixed contact pressure. CONSTITUTION:When a web 40 is wound in sequence, the diameter of a web roll 28 is increased, thereby a touch roller 16 is pushed back clockwise. A swaying frame 18 is also swayed clockwise, when the outer diameter of the web roll 28 is increased to the fixed quantity or above, a dog 18B provided at the upper end of the swaying frame 18 crosses a proximity switch 44A. The signal from the proximity switch 44A is outputted to a control device 26, and the control device 26 drives a mobile frame 22 in the direction to escape from the web roll 28 via a hydraulic cylinder 24A. When the frame 22 escapes from the web roll by the fixed quantity or above, the operation of the hydraulic cylinder 24A is stopped. |
