摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain uniform high glossiness in an image by a method wherein four colors of thermal fusing ink are successively applied to an electric thermal transfer film and after transfer of yellow, magenta, and cyan thermal fusing ink, white thermal fusing ink is, in a full density, transfer printed onto specific recording paper. CONSTITUTION:Recording paper 71 is fed from a recording roll 72. An electrothermotransfer film 73 is fed from a film feed roller 74, and is pressed and efectrifically transferred with a recording head 76 on a platen 75. The film 73 after image printing is wound up on a roll 77. Yellow, magenta, cyan, and white thermal fusing ink are successively applied in each image content area to the electric thermal transfer film 73. The recording paper 71 has one layer or two layer structure having a 50mum to 100mum thickness PET(polyethylene terephthalate) film as a base layer. By performing full density image printing of white thermal fusing ink after transferring yellow, magenta, and cyan thermal fusing ink, uniform high glossiness is obtained by a PET layer on an image surface, and a high quality image is obtained.
