PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive planographic printing plate having high sensitivity and high chemical resistance by forming a photosensitive layer contg. an o-naphthoquinone diazide compd., an alkali-soluble resin and a hydroxycellulose deriv. on a base body. CONSTITUTION:The title photosensitive planographic printing plate has a photosensitive layer contg. an o-quinone diazide compd., an alkali-soluble resin, and a hydroxycellulose deriv. on a base body. Preferred proportion of the o-quinone diazide compd. in the photosensitive compsn. is 5-60wt.%, and suitable proportion of the alkali-soluble resin in the photosensitive compsn. is 5-95wt.%. Suitable proportion of the hydroxycellulose deriv. in the compsn. of the photosensitive layer is usually 0.1-50wt.%, more pref. 0.5-30wt.%. Thus, a positive photosensitive planographic printing plate having high sensitivity and high chemical resistance is obtd. |
