PURPOSE:To obtain the title densely sintered ceramic thin film of high critical current density with uniform composition and high critical temperature by forming a film with a liquid prepared by mixing oxide fine powder made from specific element(s), alkaline earth metal(s) and copper and a solution containing respective organic compounds of said elements, followed by baking. CONSTITUTION:(A) Oxide fine powder made up of (1) element(s) at least selected from thallium, thallium plus lead, bismuth, bismuth plus aluminum, bismuth plus lead, bismuth plus potassium, and bismuth plus yttrium, (2) alkaline earth metal(s), (3) copper, and (4) oxygen and (B) a solution containing respective organic compounds of said elements, are homogeneously mixed and the resultant liquid is made into film, which is then baked within the temperature range 700 to 940 deg.C, thus obtaining the objective ceramic thin film consisting of superconducting oxide fine crystals <=5mum in mean size. |
