<p>PURPOSE:To prevent damage to a document such as break, bend, etc., by giving a warning, stopping the paper supply, etc., even when a paper whose tip is curled upward or downward, is suppled by providing a control means controlled by output from a switch operated in response to movement of a curl detecting lever. CONSTITUTION:When a curl detecting lever 3 abuts against a sheet 10 whose tip is curled, a switch 4 operates in response to movement of the curl detecting lever 3. A control means controlled by output of the switch 4 stops the introduction of the tip-curled sheet 10 to a paper supplying roller 12, or gives a warning to an operator of the paper supply device.</p> |
