<p>NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I {R is H, lower alkyl, lower alkanoyl, amino, lower alkanoylamino or group shown by formula V [X is OH, mercapto, halogen or -NR<1>R<2>(R<1> nd R<2> are H, lower alkyl, lower alkanoyl or benzyl); n is 1-6]; Q is OH, lower alkoxyl, lower alkanoyloxy, halogen or group shown by formula VI (X<a>=X; m is 1-6); q is 0-3; Z<1> and Z<2> are H or Q} and a salt thereof. EXAMPLE:5-Amino-8-methoxy-2-phenyl-4H-henzopyran-4-one. USE:A drug having antitumor activity and being expected useful as antitumor agent. PREPARATION:A compound shown by formula II (R<3> is lower alkyl; L or OH- protecting group) is condensed with a compound shown by formula III in an inert solvent in the presence of a base to form a compound shown by formula IV, which is then deprotected in an inert solvent by using an acid to give a compound shown by formula I.</p> |
