PURPOSE: To provide high resistance to a mechanical and weather-related load by gradually increasing thickness from one side to the other side in the longitudinal direction, increasing density on the thicker side, and providing a fixed protective layer on a face side part. CONSTITUTION: In the middle of press molding, a work is rotated by a specific angle of 180 deg. in the longitudinal direction, and a protective layer is on the surface of it to manufacture a long decorative molding 1. Thickness is roughly constantly increased from an upper lengthwise edge part 3 to a lower lengthwise edge part 2, and density is set higher at an edge part on the thicker side than an edge part on the thinner side to form the decorative molding 1. In addition, on a face side part after installation, a fixed protective layer is provided. |
