<p>PURPOSE:To execute a stable automatic tracking even to a tape for which compatibility is deteriorated by comparing the size of sampling data at a time that a reference phase is made variable with the size of sampling data just before the reference phase is made variable. CONSTITUTION:The size of differential data between the sampling data from a sampling means at the time that the reference phase is made variable by a tracking varying means and the sampling data just before the above mentioned reference phase is made variable is compared with the size of a reference value by a comparing means. Thus, the stable automatic tracking can be executed even to a magnetic tape 1, for which the so-called compatibility is deteriorated to be expanded/contracted by an environmental change such as a temperature change, etc., or to be recorded by another video tape recorder for which an error is generated on a mechanism.</p> |
