<p>PURPOSE:To surely detect the abnormal voltage and to improve the reliability of the load by changing the detection value of the abnormal voltage in proportion to the output voltage. CONSTITUTION:When the controlled voltage is applied to an output voltage detecting part 2 from an output voltage varying part 4, the voltage is applied to a voltage dividing point 17 between resistances 9 and 10 from a controlled voltage source 20. Thus the voltage is varied at the point 17. An error amplifier 5 sends the error from the reference voltage of a reference voltage source 7 to a voltage stabilizing circuit 1. The circuit 1 raises the output voltage so that the output of the amplifier 5 is equal to zero and stabilized. In this case, the voltage rises up at a voltage dividing point 18 of an abnormal voltage monitor part 3. Thus the abnormal high voltage detection value of the point 19 can be varied by varying the voltage value of the source 20 since the source 20 is connected to the point 19.</p> |
