PURPOSE:To produce a defectless casting by sticking an adhesive agent to expendable pattern members, sticking the members and enclosing the stuck member with molding flask members which are formed by disassembling the molding flask having the inside shape coinciding with the outside diameter of the adhered parts, then deforming the part of the adhered part extruded to the outside surface so as to be made flush with the adhered part. CONSTITUTION:The expendable pattern members 1, 2 made of foamed polystyrene have the respective adhered parts 3, 4. The adhesive agent 5 is a hot melt adhesive agent, etc., and is formed to a projecting line shape which generates the projecting part 6. The molding flasks 8 are formed of a metal, such as Fe, Al, and the inside shape thereof is so formed as to comply with the outside shape of the adhered part 7. The molding flask members 8, 10 are obtd. when this molding flask is disassembled. A cooler 11 cools the molding flask members by blowing ordinary temp. air, etc., to the members. The projecting part 6 of the adhesive agent is chipped away when the molding flask members are moved along the adhesive part 7 in arrow A9, A10 directions. The projecting part 6 is deformed in this way to form the surface nearly flush with the adhesive part 7. The defectless casting is produced by using such pattern. |
