PURPOSE:To improve durability, recording sensitivity and flexibility by using an organic high polymer film having heat resistance against a temperature for a protective film. CONSTITUTION:The protective film 4 made of polyimide which is the heat resistant organic high polymer material is laminated on a base film 11 and a protective film 5 made of inorganic material consisting of ZnS is laminated on the organic protective film 4. A recording layer 3 is formed on the upper surface of the inorganic protective film 5. On the surface of the layer 3, furthermore, the protective film 5 made of the inorganic material as well as the protective film 5 and the organic high polymer protective film 4 as well as the protective film 4 are laminated and formed in this order. Thus, the durability, the recording sensitivity and the flexibility are improved. |
