PURPOSE:To attain accurate positioning and to improve the transmission efficiency of a signal by performing relative positioning through the medium of a transmission device and a reception device and providing fixing means which fix both devices to the medium to the transmission device and the reception device, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The transmission device 12 and the reception device 13 are fitted in such a way that they face each other with putting the transparent medium 1 between them. At such a time, the mainbody fixed devices 2a and 2b fix the main bodies 30a and 30b to the transparent medium 1, and it has a function moving the main bodies 30a and 30b in optimum positions so that a light-emitting element 9 and a light-receiving element 8 are arranged on the same axis. The mainbody fitting devices 2a and 2b consist of magnets 106, and the main bodies 30a and 30b, and the magnets 106 are fixed. In such a case, the N-pole side of the magnet 106 is arranged on a transparent medium-side, in the mainbody 30a, and the S-pole side in the mainbody 30b. Consequently, suction force becomes maximum when the N-pole and the S-pole face each other with putting the transparent medium 1 between them, and the main bodies 30a and 30b can be fixed facing each other by putting the transparent medium 1 between them. |
