PURPOSE:To greatly improve the production quantity by turning a turn table at the time of completing molten metal injection to a rotary drum of one side, shifting this drum to the opposite side to execute recoiling of a metal fine wire and starting the molten metal injection to the other drum at the prescribed position. CONSTITUTION:The drum 1A rotating with a driving means 2A and the drum 1B rotating with the other driving means 2B are set on a base 14 while facing round bottom plate faces 1Aa, 1Bb of the drums. The base 14 is rotatable at 360 deg. angle on the turn table 15 together with two drums and after rotating, this is fixed with the clamps 16a, 16b. The molten metal 6 melted in a crucible 4 with heating means 5 is pressurized with inert gas 7 to make the injection stream 8 and cooled with cooling liquid layer 3 to make the metal fine wire 9 and this is accumulated in the drum 1A. After completing the injection, the crucible and the heating device are shifted on the table 13 and left from the drum, and the rotation of the drum is stopped. The turn table 15 is rotated at 180 deg. angle and by changing over the drums 1A, 1B, the metal fine wire 9 is coiled to a bobbin 12 and the injection is executed to the drum 1B. |
