PURPOSE:To take out image data in a full range by inputting a monitoring signal, and matching the input of a signal processing means with the dynamic range of the output of a picture element signal outputting means according to the intensity of the monitor signal. CONSTITUTION:The picture element signal outputting means 1 outputs a picture element signal integrated at every picture element, and a monitoring signal outputting means 2 outputs a signal related to the integration of light energy, and controls the integration. A matching means 4 inputs the monitoring signal outputted from the monitoring signal outputting means 2, and matches the dynamic range of the output of the picture element signal outputting means 1, and outputs it to the signal processing means 3, and the picture element signal is processed by the signal processing means 3. Thus, the image data can be taken out in the full range. |
