<p>PURPOSE:To accurately align all of a plurality of green sheets by a method wherein a press lower metal mold is set on an alignment vibration stand, the plurality of green sheets are placed on the press lower metal mold and a vibra tion apparatus is driven. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of green sheets 2 are placed on the surface of a press lower metal mold 11 while their direction alignment holes 4 are made to coincide; the press lower metal mold 11 is set on an inclined plane 12 of an alignment vibration stand 10. Since the press lower metal mold 11 is not yet fit at this stage, a pin 24 of a guide part 19 is projected by a spring 23 and is higher than a height of the laminated green sheets 2. When a vibration apparatus 15 is driven in this state, a vibration is given to the press lower metal mold 11; the green sheets 2 are dropped little by little and are stopped when they come into contact with the guide part 19. Thereby, all the green sheets 2 can be aligned accurately.</p> |
