This device is characterised in that it comprises at least one cable 13 connected at one 27 of its ends to a return member 29 fixed on to the structure 23 of the vehicle and at its second end 17 to a junction element 18, 19-20, which interacts removably with an immobilisation member 22 having a key, secured to the structure 23 of the vehicle, which blocks the junction element 18, 19-20, on this structure 23, the cable 13 being housed, in the rest position, in this same structure 23, whereas in the working position, this cable 13 is removed from this structure 23 so as to form a fixing link.
