The subject of the invention is a pneumatic conveyor for small pieces which can be sucked up. It comprises: - a buffer case 4 located below the normal recovery point of the coins, the buffer case 4 having the function of releasing the coins in random fashion by gravity, - a case 6 which acts as a flow regulator, - a suction tube 8 which connects the flow-regulator case 6 to a set of separation cases 10, 11, 12, - an assembly of separation cases 10, 11, 12 which acts as an intermediate chamber for separating the objects which can be sucked up by the circuit at reduced pressure, - movable cases 14, 15 for receiving, storing and handling objects which can be sucked up. The invention applies to the conveying of coins originating from automatic payment terminals arranged, for example, at motorway toll booths, car parks, hypermarkets, and for all similar objects which can be sucked up. <IMAGE>
