The invention relates to an installation for sorting and stacking components which are produced, by a production unit 10, in groups of at least one first A and one second B component, of the type including a receiver device on which the said two components A, B fall in specific relative positions and are conveyed towards at least one container in which they are stacked. According to the invention, the receiver device includes a first conveyor 18 of which the transporting element 16 runs under the production unit 10 and conveys the groups of components A, B while retaining the said relative positions, and the installation includes means 22, 28A, 28B for simultaneously discharging the said first A and second B components of the one same group, each one towards a different container 32A, 32B, respectively.
