发明名称 BRAZING FILLER METAL AND PRODUCTION THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce a brazing filler metal of a low temp. and to decrease the thermal influence upon joining material by subjecting specific % of Ag powder and Al powder to a thermal spraying treatment in a nonoxidative atmosphere and forming the powder mixture to a thin sheet shape. CONSTITUTION:The mixture composed of 50 to 80wt.% Ag powder and 20 to 50wt.% Al powder is subjected to the thermal spraying treatment in a nonoxidative atmosphere and is formed to the thin plate shape. the alloy having such compounding ratios is hard and does not elongate but is in the form of the thin sheet; therefore, the alloy allows working such as cutting and blanking. The sheet-like brazing filler metal which is not limited in the points of application is thus easily obtd. In addition, the brazing filler metal has the relatively low brazing temp. of about 650 deg.C at which the thermal adverse influence is low. The thermal influence that this brazing filler metal exerts on the joining members and other constituting members is thus decreased and the well joining of various metallic materials consisting of copper, iron, stainless steel, cobalt alloy, titanium, nickel, etc., is possible.
