PURPOSE:To lower than height of the titled apparatus for miniaturization by a method wherein a freely expanded closed container is positioned in insulating oil in a tank and the pressure in the closed container can be adjusted from the outside of the tank. CONSTITUTION:A freely expanded hollow closed container 9 for absorbing expansion and contraction by a change in temperature of insulating oil 3 filled in a transformer tank 2 is suspended and supported in the tank 2 and is positioned in the insulating oil 3. A communicating tube 11 is connected to the lower end of the hollow container 9 and is connected to a pressure regulator 13. This device 13 constantly holds internal pressure in the container 9 to prevent the inside of the tank 2 from negative pressure. The above constitution can absorb expansion and contraction by a change in temperature in the insulating oil 3 with the aid of the container 9 and the device 13. This constitution has no positional restriction of the regulator 13 and can remarkably lower the height of the titled transformer and attain the miniaturization of the whole body as well. |
