PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a lenticular projection screen by providing a photosensitive layer and light absorbing layer on the flat surface side of a lenticular lens and successively performing prescribed processes on projected ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION:After forming a photosensitive layer 6 on the flat surface of a lens sheet 1 by applying a positive photosensitive material to the surface 3, a light absorbing layer 7 is formed on the entire surface of the layer 6 and dried. Then a strippable sheet 8 is stuck to the entire surface of the layer 7 with an adhesive strength weaker than that between the sheet 1 and layer 6. Then an optical decomposition process is performed on the layer 6 by exposing the layer 6 to linear ultraviolet rays from the convex section 2 of the sheet 1 and, as required, developing process is performed. Then, after stripping off the sheet 8 and removing the photosensitive layer 6 from the optically decomposed exposed area 9, a linear light absorbing layer 7 is formed on the flat surface 3 of the sheet 1. Therefore, rough matching between the convex section 2 of the lens sheet 1 and light absorbing layer 7 can be performed easily and the manufacture of this lenticular projection screen becomes easier. |
