<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a conductor layer having a contact terminal as an exposed outer contact from corroding by forming a part of the conductor layer to be disposed at least on a profile cutting line of one type of metal. CONSTITUTION:Part of a conductor layer 20 having a contact terminal 21 as an outer contact as exposed on the surface at the exterior to be integrated with a base material 10, to be disposed at least on a profile cutting line l is formed of one type of metal. As a result, even if the Iayer 20 is cut together with the material 10 along the line l, the part in which different types of metals are adhered is not exposed. Even if water is adhered to the sectional face of the layer 20, a local cell is not formed. Thus, it can prevent the layer from corroding.</p> |
