<p>PURPOSE:To dispense with a space for keeping bulky pallets in a stacked state by feeding a pallet becoming empty at an unloading position in a pallet melting apparatus and reproducing the molding material in the melting apparatus into the pallet by a pallet molding apparatus. CONSTITUTION:When a delivery command is issued, a crane 3 takes out a load 5 from the predetermined position of a storing shelf 3 along with a pallet 12 and said load 5 is fed to an unloading position 9 by a delivery conveyor 10. When the load 5 is fed out from the pallet 12 at the unleading position 9, the used pallet 12 becoming empty is sent in a pallet melting apparatus 14 by a conveyor 19. The pallet 12 fed in the apparatus 14 is cut or ground into small pieces to be melted by a melting apparatus 16. Subsequently, the molten material is molded into the pallet and, after the pallet is kept, a new plastic material is replenished if necessary to be subjected to reproduction.</p> |
