PURPOSE:To simplify the metallic mold used for manufacturing a piezoelectric buzzer and to reduce the number of bending processes by forming projecting sections for contact which come to contact with piezoelectric diaphragms while terminal members between back lids obtained by forming a resin are cut to appropriate lengths and forming a resin are cut to appropriate lengths and bending the cut terminal members. CONSTITUTION:Terminal members A and B of long metallic plates are arranged in parallel with each other at an interval L1. Then back lids 2, 2',... are formed from a resin in the direction vertical to the length direction of the terminal members A and B. Then projecting sections 3B and 4B for contact which come to contact with piezoelectric diaphragms are formed while the terminal members A and B between the back lids 2, 2',... formed from a resin are cut to appropriate lengths. Then an elastic contacting end 4A is formed by bending one A1 side of the projecting sides of a terminal 4 to the projecting section 2B side of the lid 2, with the other A2 side becoming an externally projecting end 4C which is the fitting side to a base plate, etc., without bending. |
