PURPOSE:To progress the discharge of a bus line and to improve the discharge characteristic of a bus circuit by giving a high level to the gate of a 2nd n- channel transistor(TR) with a p-channel TR when the potential of the bus line starts lowering. CONSTITUTION:When the discharge of a bus line 1 is started and the potential of the bus line 1 starts lowering, the gate potential of a p-channel TR 15 in the discharge circuit 15 is lowered. Thus, the p-channel TR 15 is conductive and a high potential is given to the gate of the 2nd n-channel TR 19. Thus, the 2nd n-channel TR 19 is conductive, a current flows from the bus line 1 to a ground line 20 to progress the discharge of the bus line 1, thereby improving the discharge response of the bus circuit. |
