PURPOSE:To improve the purifying efficiency by providing an air suction unit having a long and narrow air suction opening and air purifying means, and air blowing unit having air blowing openings confronting both the longitudinal ends of the air suction opening, and intersecting the air blowing directions of the air blowing unit in front of the unit. CONSTITUTION:The air suction unit 2 having the long and narrow air suction opening 7 and the air purifying means is provided, and the air blowing unit 1 having air blowing opening 3 at least confronting both the longitudinal ends of the air suction opening 7 is disposed. The air velocity distribution of the air blowing opening 3 of the air blowing unit 1 is made in such a way that the air velocity of the part confronting both the longitudinal ends of the air suction opening 7 is faster and the blowing-out direction of the air blowing openings 3 is so made that the faster air flows of both the longitudinal ends are intersected in front of the air blowing openings 3. As a result, the spreading of the air flow from the air blowing unit 1 is made small and the air flow area is made almost rectangular, so that the collecting efficiency of polluted air is improved. |
