<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the shape of a mold for production of a bent pipe to a large extent by setting the inner peripheral surface of the one-half part of an annular recessed groove and the outer peripheral surface of the other-half part thereof to an angle equal to or larger than the inclined angle of the center axis of other end opening to the end surface of a flange part. CONSTITUTION:The inner peripheral surface 61 of the one-half part of the annular recessed groove 59 in a bent pipe and the outer peripheral surface 63 of the other-half part thereof are set to an angle equal to or larger than the inclined angle of the center axis 55 of other end opening 51 to the end surface of a flange part 57. Therefore, when the slide core inserted in the other end opening 51 is moved in the center axis direction of the other end opening, the annular recessed groove 59 is formed with the movement of the core. By specifying the shape of the bent pipe as mentioned above, the shape of a mold for producing the bent pipe can be simplified to a large extent.</p> |
