<p>PURPOSE:To permanently mount a denture by bonding two blades in an upwardly opened saddle shape and forming the support part of the head thereof into a thick columnar shape in the depth direction of the blades. CONSTITUTION:A large number of holes 1a are formed to blades 1 so as to increase holding force by the regeneration of a bone. The length of each of the blades 1 in a depth direction is set to a predetermined one in order to prevent the contact with the lower alveolar canals and the thickness or interval of the blades are respectively set to a predetermined range. The part 4 supporting a head 3 subjects two blades 1 to bridge connection in an upwardly opened saddle shape and is formed into a thick columnar shape in the depth direction of the blades to increase the strength of the blades. By this method, the gum is built up on the dental root implanted in the alveolus of a jawbone from the upper opening of the blades and the periodontal membrane is formed between the bone and the dental root to enhance holdability and necrosis is prevented to make semipermanent implanting use possible. The support part of the head 3 has the thick columnar shape and shows high support strength and can sufficiently withstand occlusal pressing force.</p> |
