<p>PURPOSE:To improve the recovery efficiency of solvent gas and to eliminate the air pollution by collecting the solvent gas evaporated in the melting process of solids contg. solvent to return to a solvent washing unit. CONSTITUTION:The air contg. solvent gas dispersing from the solvent washing unit 1 is collected to introduce to a separating recovery unit 9, and quenched by liquefied carbon dioxide sent from a supply pipe 13 and the solvent is separated from the air as solids 20 contg, solvent. The solids 20 contg. solvent are melted by water, etc., and the solvent is separated from the water and recovered. Moreover, the solvent gas evaporated in the melting process of the solids contg. solvent is collected to return to the solvent washing unit 1 through return pipes 22, 22'. As a result, the recovery efficiency of solvent gas is improved and the air pollution is eliminated.</p> |
