<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate assembling by inserting multiple split sleeves into cylinder holes of a bottomed tubular cylinder in sequence, pressing the sleeve on the side to the sleeve on the opening side with an elastic member, and bringing the sleeve on the opening side into contact with a drop stop means. CONSTITUTION:The first through third sleeves 41-43 are inserted into cylinder holes 39 with steps 36 and 37 on the inner periphery of a cylinder 31 fittable to the flange 33 of a booster shell, the small-diameter outer periphery of the second sleeve 42 is coupled with the large-diameter inner periphery of the first sleeve 41, and an elastic member 44 is inserted between them. The second and third sleeves 42 and 43 are brought into contact with each other, and a cap 47 is covered on the outer periphery of the booster insertion section 35 of the cylinder 31 under this condition. Cup seals 61 and 62 are inserted between the step 36 of the cylinder 31 and the sleeve 41 and between the sleeves 42 and 43 respectively. The secondary piston 63 is coupled in the first and second sleeves 41 and 42, and the primary piston 64 is coupled in the second and third sleeves 42 and 43 respectively.</p> |
