PURPOSE:To almost continuously produce an FRP panel without damaging the same by a method wherein FRP flat panels are reversed every other panel to be opposed to each other in such a state that the smooth surfaces of the panels are turned to the outside and, after a retaining mold is set between the panels, the panels are guided to a belt press conveyor to perform the injection of a foamable resin and the foaming and curing thereof and further cut into a definite dimension. CONSTITUTION:A retaining mold 6 is set to the upper surface edge part of each of the continuously fed FRP flat panels having molded surfaces provided to the under surfaces thereof by a resin mold and each of separate FRP flat panels 2 is reversed by a reversal device 9 to be arranged to the upper surface of the retaining mold 6 in opposed relationship. Next, the FRP flat panels are transferred to a belt press conveyor 10 to inject a foamable resin in the retaining mold 6 from the side surface of the mold 6 by an injection device 8 and the resin is foamed and cured on a curing belt press conveyor 11. Thereafter, the FRP flat panels are cut into a predetermined dimension by the side trimmers 12 and front and rear end shears 13 of a cutting conveyor 14 to obtain a desired FRP panel 20. |
