PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition having excellent matte surface, surface-appearance and heat-resistance and suitable for interior trims of automobile, etc., by compounding a specific graft copolymer with a specific amount of a copolymer, etc., containing carboxyl groups in the molecule. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition containing <0.3wt.% of a carboxyl- containing monomer residue is produced by compounding (A) 1-97 pts.wt. of a graft-copolymer produced by the graft-polymerization of (A1) 95-20 pts.wt. of one or more vinyl monomers (or their mixture) selected from aromatic vinyl monomer, etc., in the presence of (A2) 5-80 pts.wt. of a rubbery polymer, (B) 1-98 pts.wt. of a copolymer produced by polymerizing an aromatic vinyl monomer, etc., and containing 0.1-10wt.% of carboxyl-containing monomer residue, (C) 1-98 pts.wt. of a copolymer produced by polymerizing an aromatic vinyl monomer, etc., and containing 0.01-2wt.% of an epoxy-containing monomer residue and (D) 0-90 pts.wt. of a copolymer produced by copolymerizing an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer, a maleimide monomer, etc. |
