PURPOSE:To prevent the outflow of drops of water by fitting linear brushes whose bristles extend diagonally toward a lower opening so that the brushes confront each other at both sides of the opening. CONSTITUTION:At a part where an arm 9 is not present, drops of water from a lower part collide against the bristles 12, 15 of brushes, drop along the slopes of the bristles 12, 15 and do not flow out. At a part where the arm 9 is present, the bristles 12, 15 adhere to the arm 9 and the outflow of drops of water is similarly prevented. Even when the arm 9 moves in a vertical or horizontal direction, the bristles 12, 15 repeat bending and extension and keeps adhesion to the arm 9 at all times. The outflow of drops of water from the part of a waterproof wall through which the arm pierces can be prevented. |
