PURPOSE:To obtain a superconducting magnet device of a much less quantity of intrusion heat by using a current lead made of a high-temperature ceramic superconductive compact. CONSTITUTION:A current lead 2 is inserted into a cryostat 10 and stretches from an extremely-low-temperature part connected to a superconducting coil 5 kept at an extremely low temperature to a room-temperature region outside the cryostat 10 connected to an electric power source. Heat intrudes into the extremely-low-temperature part by the temperature gradient in the current lead 2, so a part 5 close to a cryostat 1 and kept at a lower temperature than liquid nitrogen is replaced by a high-temperature superconductive ceramic. Therefore, a high-temperature superconductor part has no electric resistance, producing no Joule heat. Thereby a superconducting magnet device of structure allowing a little heat to intrude thereinto can be obtained. |
